Rev Dr Bruce G Allder is the Principal Emeritus, Nazarene Theological College, Brisbane and the Director of the Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) program at the College.

Bruce began his working life as a pharmacist and, while obtaining theological qualifications, worked as a locum in retail pharmacy. He pastored a Church of the Nazarene congregation in Sydney for 13 years (while working part time as a pharmacist) before moving to Brisbane as Principal of Nazarene Theological in 1999. He retired as Principal in 2015 but continues to work full time for NTC as Director of the CALD program reaching into the South Pacific with a fully accredited BMin degree. While pastor, and then Principal, Bruce has held the positions in the Church of the Nazarene of District Superintendent, and Field Strategy Coordinator for Australia and New Zealand as various times.

Bruce continues to mentor other leaders / pastors, consult on an ad hoc basis for a number of churches and theological schools, as well as pastor a small Nazarene church in Toowoomba, Queensland.
