Helen Brooks

Facilitator and Assessor

 Diploma of Management, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Certificate IV in Bookkeeping 

 

Helen is tha Facilitator and Assessor for the Diploma of Leadership and Management and Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.

Helen has been a trainer and assessor for Booth College since 2009 when she delivered training in Certificate IV in Frontline Management throughout New South Wales, ACT and Queensland. 

From 2013 she was the trainer and assessor for the Diploma of Management and now delivers the upgraded Diploma of Leadership and Management both in Sydney and Brisbane.

Helen was employed by Booth College's Vocational Training Office from 2011 to 2015 as a Program Manager and then Learning and Development Consultant and is now self-employed as a contract trainer.

For 23 years, Helen was Managing Director of her family’s company which provided audio recordings for conferences and seminar support services where she gained extensive experience managing staff, accounts and business development.

Helen is a member of The Salvation Army’s Hurstville Corps (church) and has held leadership positions there over several years.
